We will not accept any reason for a default in payment to us for a credit card or any other payment that was used with or without knowledge.
(S6C) Customer is liable & responsible for providing their correct, accurate, legal and proper information. This includes their real name, real address, real phone, number, real email address, real credit card account, real PayPal account when ordering or identifying themselves to us. Failure of the customer to provide real information may be criminal, cause you additional charges and / or other. (S11) Product Installation: Please refer to your cell phone user manual, dealer, technician and information from the product if available, you can also search google.com with keywords for help. Most car chargers, home chargers, batteries, cases, belt clips do not have instructions and usually do not need instructions they are mostly plug & charge, but always check your cell phone manual. Many cellular products & accessories do not include instructions, manuals or need manuals and are simply "plug in" as with car chargers, batteries, belt clips, cases, and travel chargers. Some OEM Original products/parts must be installed by your cell phone dealer, i.e., LCD Display Screens, Replacement Speakers, antennas, housings, repair parts, etc. Most all aftermarket accessories must be installed by a professional technician or cell phone modder and not by your cell phone authorized dealer; these include faceplate housing kits, flashing accessories, car kits, etc. Please note: Authorized Cell Phone Dealers are usually not technicians or even have certified factory technicians (they send the items to the manufacturer or repair center usually), they will often discourage you from buying or installing any aftermarket part or accessory, though they may offer these services. Note: Some repair stores may tell you the faceplate/housing (especially Motorola / Nextel faceplates & replacement housings) that you give them to install is no good, does not fit or other in an attempt to sell you a their replacement product or because do not know how to "fit" your product to your phone, or have other problems due to lack of know how (even though they might have installed others, not all products are the exact same and may require "fitting", please beware and go to another place of business. After market brand (non-OEM or non-Original Accessories) may void your cell phone warranty and may not be installed by an Authorized cell phone dealer. We are not liable for any product, installation, damage or any other and do not guarantee or warranty any installations, installation problems, compatibility, loss of use, any type damages made or caused or alleged defects, we will not be liable in any way.
